Welcome to THE SCREWDRIVER.COM I started designing these antennas because you could not buy a full legal limit screwdriver antenna with a stainless steel mount and a digital controller for less than $500.00 to $600.00. I myself could never afford one at those prices. I have tried many lower priced units on the market with less than favorable results, i.e.; high SWR, melted PVC coils, low quality motors, and poor workmanship etc. My goal was to bring you a high quality full legal limit screwdriver antenna with the mount and digital controller at an affordable price. After many years and several thousand dollars on building and testing many configurations, I found what I wanted in a screwdriver antenna. I offer three models, a 24 inch (model 2400), 36 inch (model 3600), and a 48 inch (model 4800) fully retracted without the whip.
